2. Description of Service

Evently is a platform that allows users to create, manage, and share event programmes. Users can upload PDF files and images to create personalized event pages that can be shared with guests.

3. User Accounts

To use Evently, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious software or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
• Use the service for spam or unsolicited communications

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Evently. By uploading content, you grant Evently a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

6. Event Expiration

Events and their associated files are automatically deleted 7 days after the event date. This is done to manage server resources. Please download or save any important files before they expire.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Evently is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, damages, or interruptions to service.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful activities. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
